Joan Hawley designed the Margo Handbag.  Like all the Lazy Girl Design patterns, this one includes lots of pockets… 2 outside and 6 inside.  Learn a new technique for installing a zipper – the Dip-Down Zip-Top!  Joan’s instructions are always clear and easy, but if you don’t want to use a zipper there’s instructions for completing the bag without one.

Annie’s Bag Purse Pattern is another winning design from Purse-O-Nalities of Palm Harbor.  It’s so cute!  The pattern has lots of options.  The handle can be a standard two strap or a new one strap version.  The sides can be cinched in to make the bag look a little smaller and a little bit cuter with bows.  You can add a pocket flap, a zipper pocket and customize the interior.   Choose one fabric for the entire bag or dress it up with a few of your favorites.   Make it your way!

Quilting for Christmas is such a bonus.  You indulge in your favorite pasttime of quilting and you are able to gift a beautiful hand made item.  It doesn’t matter if it’s a large quilt or a small wallhanging or a little bag . . . the feeling is the same.   You, the giver, have warm feelings for the gift recipient as you are making the item.  The recipient will have warm feelings for you everytime the see or use your quilty gift.
