I’m new at quilting, starting
approximately 18 months after losing my son. I really
believe it kept me from having
a nervous breakdown. I got
so engrossed in learning and
quilting has kept my mind and hands so busy. I love it!
I also enjoy hearing from other quilters – it teaches me much. Thanks

I love the Black Cat Embroidery Quilts. I am on my third one and doing the work by hand gives something to do in my spare time. I’d like to try applique one of these days.

I have know Claudia Atchison for a very long time. How long I want say.
She has always been creative.She forgot to mention the wedding dresses she designed and made in about a month, with two small children at her side . All of her work is beautiful. But Claudia’s applique is to die for.
And oh what an eye for color. You can get those color wheels. I’d love to see fabric through her eyes.
